Micro Support AB was established in 1983 in Gothenburg, Sweden. The company has since then been successful working with the selling of laboratory equipment for technical education.
The business today is based at our three offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm and Sala in Sweden.
Micro Support has in Sweden, in a very short space of time become a market leader through the careful working relationship with our customers and by continually developing and producing those products which meet the current market requirements.
The concept in our technical and educational modern laboratory packages has become a decisive factor for our customers. As well as modern marketable products there is the reliable service.
The equipment is produced by highly competant technical staff to conform to the highest standards.

Our production, service, development and warehouse premises are situated in Sala. Here everything is produced with the utmost care
and attention. To maintain quality and high standards, all of our products go through rigorous testing procedures before leaving the
factory.
In the development sector, work continues in developing new products so that innovative education packages can be created to satisfy current and future demands.
In Gothenburg we have our marketing department which can be reached either by telephone, fax or E-mail, 24 hour service.
Micro Support, Sweden, is also represented by distributors in Europe, the Nordic countries and Asia. Micro Support´s equipment can be found all over the world for example Scandinavia, the Netherlands, Malaysia and Greece.

Learning by doing…
The main aim in Micro Support´s education philosophy can be summed up in three words: seeing, hearing and doing.
We forget easily what we learn. What we hear we forget first, what we see we do not always remember for very long, but what we see, hear and do we often remember the longest.
Therefore learning by doing is the main objective in our programs.
The best method of learning is not just reading or listening but by working in practical stages.

Mecatronic
For some time now industrial society has been changing so as to continually recognize new IT technology to develop our knowledge especially in industrial areas.
Old industry required a large supply of power, which has led to the environment being harmed.
Today and in the future, industry is changing and will be replaced by high technology companies in which new electronic applications play a dominant part, and constitute a determining factor with regard to precision and quality.
Tomorrow there will be new demands for knowledge in all areas of electronics and mechanics. New professions and roles will emerge

Products
Micro Support laboratory systems give the student a complete package of educational laboratory equipment, courseware and multimedia software. The courseware has been specially written to cover different areas of study and includes colour illustrations and photographs of real life events. Strong emphasis is placed on motivating the student through interesting experiments and exercises. The text is written in an uncomplicated way for easy and enjoyable learning.
Our equipment is geared educational requirements in universities, upper secondary schools and vocational training centres.
The products are designed to offer the highest educational and functional quality, and development work is done in close collaboration with experienced educators and technical writers.
Prior to releasing our new equipment and courseware we work together with leading industrial companies in order to create real world testing environments .
Our laboratory system covers technologies such as:

System 2000
System 2000 is a product range with a high success rate.
The concept focuses on the study of electricity, electronics, control technology and process control and includes an impressive array
of courseware to complement each laboratory package.
The start line of the laboratory system is Base Unit 2000, a control box containing power supply, circuit box and PCB-holder.
Different laboratory cards, which have been specially designed for different areas of studies, can be added to this unit.
The system is built on high flexibility.
For most courses only the laboratory cards need to be purchased. This makes the system a classic add on system, allowing schools and education institutions to expand their studies in the fields of
technology the Micro Support way as and when they wish, in a cost effective way.
