MAK-124

MAK-124 is a new flexible training station on which you can mount cylinders and valves from Mecman MLS and Bosch pneumatic training stations.
Due to a flexible construction, different products (cylinders, valves, sensors) can be mounted in the MAK-124 profile frame and already exsiting products can be used in a new and inspiring way.

The equipment covers:

Cylinders, Valves (pneumatics)
PLC - technology.
Sensors.

The equipment is developed with the idea that the student itself will mount a completet product line in different steps.
The different stations will be mounted an dismounted step by step. This will give the student knowledege about components and its use in an automation system.

MAK-124 Experiments:

1. Storing station.
2. Filling station.
3. Measuring station.

Except the different stations in the production line we have created a new way of learning pneumatics - a ball game.
The different stations can be controlled completely with pneumatics alternatively with relays or PLC.
MAK-124 is delivered together with a experiment book.

The following components is used:

2 double acting cylinders including check choke valves.
1 single acting cylinder.
1 5/2 valve pneumatically controlled.
2 Check choke valves.

2 3/2 valves pneumatically controlled mechanical.
1 3/2 valve Pneumatically controlled manual.

Electrical control:

2 Swithes or cylinder sensors.
1 Switch 2 pole.
3/2 valves electrically controlled.
1 inductive sensor.
(1 relay).
(1 PLC-system).
