MICROPROCESSOR ELECTRONICS 2000

This package consists of a MC68 32 bit microprocessor board, Lab Card ML 4 and Software PC-Eterm.

The MC68 slots into the base unit and is connected by a ribbon cable to the ML4 card and to the PC by a cable. The PC ETERM software enables the student to program the MC 68 board by assembler or C programming. The software also works as a simulator.

Various experiments can be performed by making different connections on the ML4 Card.

The courseware for Microprocessor electronics consists of a Text
book, Experiment book, Teacher´s book and Exercise book.

The aim of the course
The course gives basic knowledge of the function and workings of
the microprocessor as used in electronic systems in a typical working environment.

The course also gives knowledge of microprocessors bus connections and signals.

The student learns the functions of the components surrounding the microprocessor.

To attain the skill to read electronic circuit diagrams, to interpret microprocessor circuit board manuals and information sheets.
