OPTO ELECTRONICS 2000

The Opto Electronics laboratory package
consists of a transmitter and receiver Laboratory cards, OE1
and OE 2. This package provides a basic knowledge of the workings
of opto components and their use in modern electronic systems.
The laboratory system also teaches the
student about opto component symbols and the ability to interpret
how opto components function in circuit diagrams. It also gives
knowledge and skill in construction techniques, measuring techniques
and trouble shooting in opto electronic systems.
The courseware for opto electronics
consists of a Text book, Experiment book, Teacher´s book
and Exercise book.
Topics Covered
Where used the laboratory cards are indicated in brackets.
Light Emitting Diode (LED) (OE1, OE2)
Flashing (LED) (OE1, OE2)
