SMD SOLDERING
The laboratory package for the course in SMD Soldering Electronics includes practical auxilary experiments with tweezers and hot air techniques.

The package contains a computer based training program (CBT) that acts as a visual training aid demonstrating soldering methods and techniques. This helps to make the learning process more interesting and enjoyable and the student works at his own pace. There is also a soldering construction kit which works simultaneously with the CBT program.

The package for SMD soldering electronics gives basic knowledge
and skill in manual assembly and disassembly of soldering components using the methods most applicable in electronic industry.

The student obtains the knowledge of how industrial soldering is
performed in a production environment.
